Lifetime Transfer/Printing License

This license is for small business who wish to use ANY of my designs to print and sell transfers. This license is for all designs.

Once purchased, please send an email to ljkemsley@gmail.com within 24 hours with the following details:

1. The Business name that will be printing my designs.
2. What you plan to print with these designs (screen prints, DTF, etc.)
3. What is the website you will be selling the printed items on? (You must include the actual link and not just say “Facebook” or “Etsy”. If this is not provided, your license will be considered invalid.
4. What is your business email address?

Terms of Printing/Transfer License:

• What you Can do:
  • You may sell any finished physical product or Printed item with every file listed on the website.
    • Items include:
      • Screenprints
      • DTF transfers
      • Sublimation transfers
      • Stickers
      • Tattoos
      • Waterslides decals
      • Decals
      • Vinyl
      • Printable HTV

• What you cannot do:
  • Having the Printing/Transfer License does not give anyone ownership of any designs. The designs and all rights belong to Lisa B Designs and Lisa B Clip Art.
  • This license is only valid for designs you have purchased from Lisa B Designs.
  • This license does not include the actual artwork. You must purchase the artwork separately.
  • You are prohibited from reselling the artwork as-is.
  • YOU CANNOT SELL ON ANY PRINT ON DEMAND SITES OR KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing)
  • Gift, share or sell the digital file as is or as your own.
  • Upload to any sharing site.

If you are caught sharing any of the designs as is, you will have your drive privileges revoked and you will be banned from my website and Facebook group(s).

No Physical item or document will be sent to you. Please keep a copy of this receipt for your records.

COUPON CODES OR DISCOUNTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE ON ANY LICENSE PURCHASE. THIS LISTING MUST BE PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE TO BE CONSIDERED VALID. IF A COUPON OR DISCOUNT CODE IS USED, YOUR ODER WILL BE CANCELED AND PURCHASE WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID.
